  • 15th December 2007 – Mr Keith Jones formerly the founder and Managing Director of Keith Jones Associates and KJA Mortgage Brokers is appointed as a member of CBK Wales Ltd.
  • 5th December 2007 – CBK Wales Ltd offers a position as a Mortgage Broker to Mr John Chapman formerly a Lloyds Bank Manager for 20 years and for the last 5 years a Mortgage Broker with NatWest Bank.
  • 2nd November 2007 – Mr Keith Williams who was a founder member of the team at CBK Wales Ltd and was the main Mortgage broker for the company decided to leave and to Join the Royal Bank of Scotland as Financial adviser. All at CBK Wales wish Keith the best of luck in his new career.
  • 15th September 2007 – Work begins on the new CBK Wales website.
  • 1st October 2007 – Mark Kearle, Director of CBK Wales, takes the role of Director for a Business Networking International group in Swansea.
  • 5th May 2006 – CBK launches its Statement of Principle’s which was derived from the comments and praises from the clients of the company in its recent survey.
  • 1st March 2006 – CBK Wales Ltd closes for St. Davids Day. Mark Kearle stated “If it was OK for the Irish to celebrate St Patricks day by taking the day off and going for a drink, then why not celebrate the ‘Welshness’ of CBK Wales Ltd and also close for the day.”
  • 5th January 2006 – CBK Wales moves to prestigious new offices at the former ‘Corgi/Mettoy’ factory site on the Queensway in Swansea West Business Park
  • 21st January 2006 – CBK Wales embrace the FSA’s new campaign of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ and writes to all clients with a Customer satisfaction survey, asking how their services could be improved with a 23% customer response.
  • 1st December 2005 – CBK Wales Ltd, CBK Nottingham Ltd & CBK Colchester Ltd are launched to the financial world.
